The death record of Kateřina Libetzaitowá is on image 335 (page 341 verso) of church register Mšec 03. The URL is

She died at Kalivody 26 April 1760 at age 60. (The year can be seen on the top entry on the facing page and also two images earlier at the start of that year's entries.)

Her age calculates to birth about 1700.

As of this writing, the only woman who fits the dates but not the place is Kateřina Bechinská, the second and surviving wife of Kašpar Liebezeit. (This spelling seems to be the most accurate of many variants so that I use this spelling as the standard spelling for the family. There was one later branch of the family that standardized the spelling of their surname to Lieberzeit.)

Kašpar Liebezeit was born at Kalivody and still had family there although he spent the final 51 years of his life as the miller at the water mill at Hřešice. So, it is entirely possible that his widow would have died there, either on a visit or having moved there late in life.

Kateřina Bechinská, second wife of Kašpar Liebezeit, had her married life well documented in the Seigniorial Registers of the Mšec Estate (German "Kornhaus"). Although the registers for every year do not survive, many years do have registers. She first appears in the register of 1731 ( https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/54469/142 ). She continues showing as his wife and then his widow until a final entry in 1760 -- the same year as the Kalivody death ( https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/54488/154 ).

Working Conclusion

I am carrying the Kateřina Libetzaitowá of the 26 April 1760 death record as Kateřina Bechinská. If I later find solid evidence that she was a different woman, then I will change my family tree accordingly. But the best fit from the records that I have found thus far is that she is Kateřina Bechinská.
