Overview
There were two men named Ambrose BUTSON - one in Somerset and one in Bristol - who both had sons named Henry BUTSON in the 1820's. So it is very important to keep these men separate and not confuse the records of one with the records of the other. While it is entirely possible that the two men named Ambrose BUTSON were related to each other, I have not been able to determine whether or not that is the case at this point in my research.
Henry BUTSON of Somerset who moved to Bristol
The Somerset Henry BUTSON, son of Ambrose and Ann, was baptized 8 Apr 1821 at Bridgwater, Somerset, which was also the family abode. Ambrose was a Coachman. The image on Ancestry is at

This Henry married Kezia (who was born in Bristol - did they meet through the other Ambrose-Henry cousins? don't know) and made things even more confusing for us by moving to Bristol by the 1851 census, where they lived in the Christ Church parish:

They lived in the All Saits parish of Bristol and had no children. In 1861, Henry was a Licensed Victualer.

The last easily found record for him is the 1871 census of Henbury, Gloucestershire, where he is again a Licensed Victuarler with no children:

Henry Butson of Bristol
The Bristol Henry was born BUTSON about 1826 in the Bishport area, also shown as at St. Mary Redcliff. He had a sister named Charlotte. He married Hannah Peglar at Bristol 29 Apr 1855, where he remained. They had three children: Walter Edwin, Ellen and William Ambrose BUTSON.
