Rootsweb eliminated all e-mail lists 2 Mar 2020, including Cornish-Gen. The Cornish-Gen Google Group took its place to carry on the discussions of Cornish Genealogy. The Rootsweb ListMom, Yvonne Bowers, who so ably moderated the Rootsweb list opted to step down from moderating the Google group. Wesley Johnston, a California Cornish Cousin as is Yvonne, is the first moderator or ListDad of the Google group, for the purpose of enabling a transition to keep the group going after the demise of Rootsweb Cornish-Gen. But I am not able to carry on that role for long. So, I am looking for another ListMom or ListDad to step forth and both moderate the discussions and be an owner (requires a gmail account) of the group to take care of membership management. Essentially, the following are the rules that Yvonne set up on Rootsweb, updated for the current reality that Rootsweb lists are gone and the Cornish-Gen Google group is how we move ahead. -- Wesley Johnston
