Beloved grandmother, Dorothy Irene Koutecky, of Omaha, NE and beloved father, Kenneth Lou Koutecky, of Chicago, will be laid to rest together on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Lady of the Ridge Church, 10811 Ridgeland Ave., Chicago Ridge, IL. They are survived by Michael Koutecky of Elizabeth, CO, Kris Kukuczka of Highlands Ranch, CO and Glenn Koutecky of Centennial, CO. Dorothy has three grandchildren (listed above); seven greatgrandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Ken is survived by three children (listed above); seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 111th St., Worth, IL.
