Margaret A. Vlazny, 86, died Oct. 14, 2012, at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Hay Madeira House, Stuart. She was born in Chicago. She lived in Jensen Beach for 18 years, coming from Chicago. Before retiring, she was a school clerk for the Chicago Department of Education for more than 40 years. She had been a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Stuart. Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Bonomo of Stuart; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Vlazny; and a son, Frank Vlazny. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997; or www.tchospices.org. Services: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
