About Pioneer Memorial Garden in Oshawa, Ontario PIONEER MEMORIAL GARDEN In 1847, this plot of land was conveyed to Wesleyan Methodist Church as the site of a chapel and burying ground. Here rest many of the early pioneers of this district.
