Subrt and Malec Social Security Numbers in Connecticut

The children of Frantisek and Anna (Liebezeit) Subrt born in the mid-1800's at Mšecké Žehrovice #38 all had the  same godparents: Vaclav and Marie Malec of Mšecké Žehrovice #28.

A web search for Subrt Malec found the page http://ssdmf.info/number_indices/044-28-.html where two Subrt and one Malec Social Security Number were issued in the same group of numbers in the same state (Connecticut) to people of about the same age.

044-28-0060 - Vladimir Subrt born 21 Nov 1921

044-28-0578 - Miroslava Subrt (his wife) born 19 May 1917

044-28-6241 - Anna Malec born 15 Aug 1920

So it seems likely that these were or were connected to the Subrt and Malec families from Mšecké Žehrovice.

Vladimir and Miroslava apparently arrived int eh US in 1951, with a destination address on 21st Street in New York City. There were no children with them on the ship passenger list. There was no one named Malec in the same list.

However, Anna Malec arrived later in 1951 (single, age 32) with a Polish passport. So it appears that this is just a coincidence and not really evidence of a connection to the families from Mšecké Žehrovice.
