Overview
Two related men named František Liebezeit were born in the same area, one at Hresice in 1747 and one at Pozdeň in 1751. They were half-first cousins. The 1747 František was the son of Tomaš Liebezeit half-brother (via their common father Kašpar) of Kašpar Liebezeit who was the (originally non-marital, legitimized 8 days after the birth) father of the 1751 František.
On 30 May 1775, one of them married Kateřina Breicha at Bilichov #25. Which one was her husband? (The marriage record is at https://ebadatelna.soapraha.cz/d/12927/146 )
The marriage record identifies the groom (in Latin but here translated) as František Liebeczeit "miller Hřešice" . Would that description apply to both Frantiseks or just one of them?
In 1775, one Frantisek would have been 28 and the other 24. Does this give any clues?
The index of marriages at Mšec has no marriage of a František Liebezeit (nor any spelling variation) at any time from the start of the registers until finally there is a marriage in 1901.
The 1747 František, son of Tomaš
František Lybetzayt (the spelling in the record) was born 13 Nov 1747 at the Hřešice mill to Tomaš and his wife Anna Beranek. The record image is at https://ebadatelna.soapraha.cz/d/8935/8
The Seigniorial Registers skip from 1745 to 1752. This is important because the grandfather Kašpar of the two Františeks who had been the miller at Hřešice for half a century died 29 Aug 1747 -- just 3 months before the birth of the 1747 František. The result is that Tomaš goes from the 31 1/4 year old son of the miller Kašpar in 1745 to being the miller in 1752 and thereafter. The 1752 register image is at https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/54485/153
Tomaš remains the identified miller at Hřešice with son František and other children in the registers of 1760, 1765, 1766, 1767 and 1771. The 1771 register is the first to include, in pencil apparently after the fact, the assigned house number 41 as the number for the mill.
The next register is not until 1778 -- after the 1775 marriage. Tomaš has died (I have not yet looked for his death record), and his wife is shown in the widow's section of the register ( https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/54493/116 ) with those children still at home in house number 41. František is no longer in the list of children.
However, two pages earlier, a František with wife Kateřina and no children is also listed in house 41 and identified as a miller ( https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/54493/114 ). So, it seems a very strong case that this František living in the same house as the 1747 František's childhood family is in fact the 1747 František and that the Kateřina living there with him was Kateřina Breicha who married him 30 May 1775.
The 1778 register is also very significant since it records the ages of both František and Kateřina. He was 29 and she 22. This calulates to his birth about the year 1749 -- halfway between the 1747 and 1751 dates. However the later registers calculate to a birth for him about 1748. Since the 1747 František was born late that year, a 1748 date definitely provides more weight for the husband of Kateřina having been the 1747 and not the 1751 František.
The Seignioirial Regsisters for 1779-1789 (where I stopped searching) show the same situation every year.
The 1751 František, son of Kašpar
The evidence above is very strong that the husband of Kateřina was the 1747 František. In fact, it is so strong that I do not think it worth the effort do any more than provide the link to the birth record of the 1751 František. The image is at https://ebadatelna.soapraha.cz/d/12926/159
Conclusion: The husband of Kateřina Breicha at their 30 May 1775 marriage at Bilichov #25 was the 1747 František, son of Tomaš.
Two pieces of evidence support this conclusion.
1 - The age of the František who was the Hřešice miller and the husband of Kateřina in the Seigniorial Registers calculates to birth about 1748, and the 1747 František was born late in 1747 so that he is the only one of the two consistent with the ages in the Seigniorial Registers.
2 - The first Seigniorial Register after the death of Tomaš shows the house number for his widow and children who remained in the home as house number 41 (the mill). The same register shows František no longer in the list of chidren but listed separately as the miller and living in the same house number 41. All subsequent registers that show the widow's family and the house number also show that both families were living in the same house.
