This is an explanation of how Sophia (Fitzdam) Staack is related to the Rohn family, in whose plot she was buried at the Wunders Cemetery in Chicago.

Her youngest daughter Bertha's first husband was Wilhelm Rohn. Bertha was his second wife. She remarried to Christian Gielow and is buried in Wunders Cemetery. Christian Gielow is probably buried at Concordia, with his first wife Louisa Pagels.

Note that the undertaker for Louisa Pagels was Rohn & Grall.
